Wednesday nights are reserved for Buck Hill's Weekly Wheels. This is one of the most consistent meets in the Twin Cities, offering a massive variety of cars in a relaxed, family-friendly environment. Accompanied with live music and local vendors, this is a show you'll want to ensure you have on your list for 2026.

For those who love exotics, imports, and high-end builds, Caffeine & Octane at the AutoMotorPlex in Medina is the place to be. It’s the premier monthly gathering for the state's most unique vehicles, on the second Saturday of the summer months. Each show features a different "highlight" theme—ranging from the cutting edge of EV technology to the rarest European supercars. If you’re looking for high-end exotic photography in a professional atmosphere, this is the place to find it.

A true staple of the Twin Cities automotive community, Minnesota Cars & Coffee is a monthly gathering that celebrates the "nomadic" spirit of the local scene. Having moved between iconic spots like Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Southdale Mall in Edina, and the Leamington Ramp in Downtown Minneapolis, this show is all about variety. I make it a point to follow the show to its latest destination to capture how different environments highlight the lines of the Midwest's best builds.

IMOLA MOTORSPORTS

Once a year, the team at IMOLA Motorsports opens their doors in Plymouth, and the result is always spectacular. This open house is a magnet for "one-of-a-kind" vehicles. In past years, I’ve had the chance to photograph legendary machines like the Bugatti Divo, Lamborghini Countach, and Ferrari F8. It is hands-down one of the best opportunities in Minnesota to see (and photograph) true automotive royalty.

While unfortunately now closed, the Spomer Classics Automotive Museum formerly hosted an annual open house in Worthington. This private collection of cars, signs, and other automotive memorabilia, this show offered a unique immersive experience into the history of automotive.
