FROM OPENING TIP TO THE FINAL BUZZER

Basketball has always been more than a sport to Andrew Miller — it's a family staple, something he grew up playing and has followed closely his entire life. That familiarity shows in the work. Andrew understands the rhythm of a game, anticipates the plays before they develop, and knows which moments carry the most weight — the contested layup, the full-court press in the fourth quarter, the celebration that breaks out when the buzzer sounds. As a Twin Cities basketball photographer, Andrew has covered youth leagues, high school rivalry games, and college athletics — bringing the same preparation and attention to every level. Whether you're a booster club documenting a memorable season, a youth program giving families professional photos to keep, or an athletic department building your social media presence, Andrew delivers a complete, game-ready gallery every time.

TRUSTED BY MINNESOTA'S BEST BASKETBALL PROGRAMS

Andrew Miller Photography has worked with basketball programs across Minnesota and beyond — from youth leagues and high school rivalries to college athletics. At the high school level, Andrew has photographed Lakeville North Panthers and Wayzata Trojans basketball, two programs that know what competitive MSHSL play looks like. At the college level, he has covered Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) as part of their NCAA Division II schedule.Andrew has also taken his camera on the road — including a trip to Virginia to photograph Sherando High School. If your program is outside the Twin Cities, that's not a problem. Andrew is used to showing up somewhere new, figuring out the gym, and delivering the same results he would at his home court.

TOP-RATED BASKETBALL PHOTOGRAPHY

Basketball moves fast, and great basketball photography requires being one step ahead of the action at all times. Andrew's coverage spans the entire game — establishing shots of the court and crowd, the back-and-forth of the first half, the intensity that builds in close fourth quarters, and the moments of celebration or disappointment that follow the final buzzer. Every gallery tells the full story of the game.Andrew is equally at home covering a youth basketball game in a community gymnasium and a high school varsity matchup in a packed arena. His experience at multiple levels means he adjusts his approach based on the environment — the same professional results regardless of the venue, the lighting, or the stakes.

FAQs
The answers to your commonly asked basketball photography questions
How do I book an upcoming game?
You can book me by filling out the contact form with your game details, including date, location, and team information. I’ll confirm availability and send over booking information. You can book me for a single game, a multi-game package, or a full season.
How long does it take to get photos?
Especially in the basketball world, I know how much timeliness matters. With every booking, I offer same-day sneak peeks! For the full-gallery, turnaround time will depend on how many games need to be edited and my current capacity. I strive to deliver galleries as quick as possible.
How much do you charge for basketball photography?
Pricing depends on the number of games booked, and travel distance. I offer team-based pricing (flat rate for full coverage) and can create player-specific packages if requested. Contact me for your custom quote!
How far in advance should I book basketball photography?
I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like playoffs or tournaments. Last-minute bookings are possible if my schedule allows — reach out and I’ll do my best to make it work.
Do you offer private or password-protected galleries?
Yes! You can choose whether your gallery is public or password-protected. This is great for teams who want to keep images private or share them only with players and families.
