Cancellation Policy
Any photoshoot must be canceled within 72 hours of the shoot date, communicated via call, text, or email. Failure to do so will require you to pay 50% of the photo session's quoted price.
Copyright Ownership & Transfer of Use
All material on www.amillerjpg.com and social media @amillerjpg is owned by Andrew Miller Photography. Copies and reproductions including, but not limited to, screenshots, watermark removal, and otherwise using these images as your own is prohibited. Prints ordered by any customer may not be photo copied. Any digital copy purchased is subject to personal use only, and must provide credit to Andrew Miller Photography where possible. Appropriate uses include posting on social media (crediting @amillerjpg) and ordering photo prints for personal use. Resale of these images in any form is prohibited.
Liability Waiver
Andrew Miller Photography is not liable for any damages associated with any photoshoot. You presume the risks involved at the time of scheduling. Further information is listed on your contract.
