Throughout his 27-year career at Southwest Minnesota State University, Blanchard coached 2 NSIC Players of the Year, 25 All-Region Players, 5 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans, 4 NCAA All-Americans, 2 MLB Draft Picks & 1 MLB Free Agent. The Mustangs earned over 580 wins during Blanchard's career, leading them to 15 NSIC Conference Tournament Appearances.
